Your evaluation is a live consultation with a clinician licensed for your state, typically by phone. They review your intake, talk with you about your mental health and your animal's role in it, and make an independent professional determination. If they document a disability-related need, your letter carries their name, license details and signature — all verifiable — and is emailed to you the same day their review completes.
